Key Responsibilities
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Raising purchase orders
- Matching invoices to PO’s
- Handling supplier queries professionally
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Ensuring supplier accounts reconcile correctly
- Working confidently in Excel
- General office and administrative duties
- Previous experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Someone who can start quickly (ideally within 1 week)
- A reliable, organised individual who lives within an easy commute of Corby
