Introducing FL:NN, the Female Leader Northamptonshire. A fresh community designed to bring together inspiring women in senior roles across the county. This is more than networking; it’s a space to share wisdom, to talk about health and well-being, spark ideas, and grow together. Created by leaders who believe in kindness, connection, and quiet power, FL:NN is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful, local, and truly transformative.
FL:NN was born from a simple but powerful idea: what if the most inspiring women in Northamptonshire had a space to connect, to talk about health and well-being, share, and grow together? Co-founded by Julie Warner and Louise Gordon, this network is a response to the quiet power we see in female leaders every day, women who lead with wisdom, kindness, and authenticity. As careers evolve, so does the need for meaningful connection. FL:NN is a place where senior women can come together to celebrate their journeys, exchange insights, and support one another in becoming the best version of themselves. It’s not just about leadership, it’s about heart. Whether it’s a eureka moment in the workplace or a personal breakthrough, FL:NN is here to amplify those stories and build a community that uplifts and inspires.
