The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Producing P&L reports and forecasts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Posting journals
- Variance analysis and commentary
- Month-end accounting and reporting
- Weekly financial reporting
- Quarterly cashflow reporting
- Budget preparation and analysis
- Balance sheet reporting
- Presenting financial information within senior management meetings
- Supporting ongoing improvements to reporting processes and financial controls
We are looking for a commercially-minded and proactive finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively across a business.
You will have:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification, or be Qualified by Experience (QBE)
- Previous experience within a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to work with managers across different departments
- The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
