Interim Head of Finance
Location: Wellingborough (on‑site)
Contract: Temporary / Interim
The Role
You will take immediate ownership of day‑to‑day financial leadership, ensuring robust reporting, control, and strategic support while the organisation completes its permanent recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing financial operations across multiple entities
- Maintaining accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Providing clear financial insight to senior leadership
- Managing cost control, cash flow, and performance tracking
- Supporting ongoing projects, audits, and month‑end processes
- Ensuring compliance, tax management, and risk oversight
Key Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA (or equivalent)
- Significant senior finance experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong multi‑entity, multi‑currency background
- Excellent operational finance capability
- Advanced analytical skills and ERP/Excel proficiency
- Proven ability to deliver stability and clarity in transitional periods
