⭐ What you’ll be doing
You’ll receive full training and gradually take ownership of a variety of tasks, including:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Setting up new suppliers
- Running weekly BACs payments
- Entering and approving invoices
- Producing daily control reports
- Handling internal and external queries
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing self‑billed invoices
- Working with Goods In reports
- General admin such as filing and sorting post
⭐ What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Some experience or understanding of purchase ledger or data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, positive approach
- Enjoys teamwork and helping others during busy periods
- AAT study or qualification is a bonus, but not essential
