⭐ Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator
Location: West Northampton
Type: Temporary → Potential Permanent
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key part in the day‑to‑day running of the finance function, including:
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Reconciliations
- Month‑end processes
- Processing supplier invoices
- Handling supplier queries
- Matching, batching & coding invoices
- Working with Excel
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- General office admin
Experience in any of the following will be beneficial:
- Data entry or Purchase Ledger experience
- Actively studying AAT / AAT qualified (not essential)
- Accountancy & Finance graduate (not essential)
- Able to start within a reasonable timeframe
- A welcoming, supportive finance team
- A varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn
