A friendly stable organisation near Brixworth, Northamptonshire is looking for an experienced Accountant to support a focused systems‑training project on Xero Accounting Software . If you’re confident with Xero and enjoy helping teams get comfortable with new systems, this role could suit you well.
Location: Rural office near Brixworth, Northamptonshire
Contract: Short‑term project (approx. 6 weeks)
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in helping the team transition smoothly onto Xero. This includes:
- Providing practical training and support to staff using Xero
- Assisting with system setup, workflows, and best‑practice use
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring the team feels confident using the platform
- Offering general accounting insight to support day‑to‑day operations
- Strong, demonstrable experience using Xero
- Solid accounting knowledge (qualified or QBE welcome)
- Confident communicator who can train and support non‑finance colleagues
- Someone patient, organised, and hands‑on
- Must be able and willing to commute to our rural office near Brixworth (own transport required)
- Approx. 6‑week project
- On‑site presence required due to hands‑on training needs
- Ample parkign on site
