We’re looking for someone with payroll and/or pensions administration experience who lives within easy reach of Bugbrooke. This is a part-time role within a supportive team of three payrollers.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pension calculations and record maintenance
- Submitting pension figures and processing new starters
- Reviewing Right to Work documentation
- Advising employees on PAYE and NIC queries
- Manual tax and NI calculations
- Payroll reconciliations and statutory deductions
- Calculating wages, overtime, holiday pay, and more
- Processing BACS payments and year-end procedures
- Collaborating with HR on employee data and contracts
- Experienced in payroll/pensions administration
- Friendly, flexible, and a team player
- Accurate, confidential, and customer-focused
- Good Excel skills
