Warner Recruitment are super excited to be working with one of our all-time favourite clients to recruit for an Administrator to support in the Payroll department. The organisation are a well-established, local business on the outskirts of Northampton.

Payroll Administrator Duties include:
- Inputting new starters onto the system
- Processing leavers
- Allocating P45 details onto the system for new starters
- Generating P45’s for leavers
- Dealing with inbound payroll queries from employees
- Resolving payroll queries to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
- Inputting employee working hours onto the system
- Ensuring hours submitted by employees have been signed off by their manager
- Hard working

- Proven ability to be accurate
- If you are studying towards an ATT (or an equivalent accounting qualification) this will be advantageous but not a necessity
