We are working with a well-established and financially secure business based in Northampton, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their collaborative finance team of 10.
The team is knowledgeable, welcoming, and excited to support the new Management Accountant.

📊 Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Producing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Presenting accounts to senior management
- Financial analysis and quarter-end reporting
- VAT returns and tax compliance
- Reviewing and improving financial processes
- Preparing detailed financial and management reports
- Providing financial support to other departments
🔍 About You:
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent), or close to completing your exams
- Alternatively, you may be Qualified by Experience
- Confident producing monthly management accounts independently
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong communicator
- Confident using Excel
