With over 1,400 employees across the Group and sites in Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Banbury and Manchester; they’ve built a reputation not just for their products—but for their people.

Executive Assistant / Secretary/ PA to the Joint Managing Director
Location: Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire
Warner Exclusive, Retained Role
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level, confidential support to the Joint MD
  • Organise meetings,
  • Manage calendars and travel
  • Manage and coordinate email boxes
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders
  • Minute-taking
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage PO’s and expenses
  • Organising key operational meetings
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Schedule facilities and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and functions
The person:
  • Experience supporting a Company Director or MD
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Discreet, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing varied tasks
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/ Secretary/ PA or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
