Executive Assistant/ PA/ Secretary key responsibilities include:
- Provide high level support to Directors
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Manage calendars, schedules, meeting, and travel arrangements
- Manage PO’s and expenses
- Schedule facilities and equipment
- Manage and coordinate email boxes
- Minute taking in meeting to support follow-up if required
- Organising key operational meetings
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and functions
The person:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- A proactive, adaptable team player with a keen eye for detail
- Background in senior administrative or PA role
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
