Our client are a cash rich business and can therefore offer stability to their staff, we are lucky to be working with this business to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk into their accounts team of 7. This is a temporary vacancy to start straight away and the potential to go permanent. Purchase ledger clerk -Wellingboough - Temporary
Job duties include:
- Purchase ledger
- Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices (circa 100 per day)
- Matching invoices to GRN
- Coding invoices to the purchase ledger
- Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Allocating credit notes
- Reporting to the Financial Controller
- Month end processes
- Reconciliations
Person:
- Experienced in Purchase ledger
- Accurate

- Experienced in data entry

Hourly rate: £12 - £14ph
