Hours are flexible, 15-20 hours per week, over 3 days or 5 shorter days, what ever suits you best
Duties include
Purchase ledger
Assisting with monthly payment runs
Bank reconciliations
Bank Analysis
Sales ledger
Processing of supplier invoices
Dealing with supplier queries
Statement reconciliations
Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
Generate supplier payment runs weekly/ monthly
Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
Allocating credit notes
Month end processes
Accurately maintaining Finance spreadsheets
Reconciling supplier statements
Ad hoc assistance to the Financial Accountant
