Office/ Marketing Trainee - Permanent Full Time - Sywell, Northamptonshire.

Warner Recruitment are excited to be representing this Office Trainee vacancy, on a permanent, full time basis. The job is working for a locally established business, based in Sywell, Northamptonshire.

This is an owner managed business where you will be working within a team of 3. The Office Trainee job vacancy has been newly created as the business are doing very well, and are super busy. They really need an extra pair of hands to help manage the workloads and ensure they offer a high level of customer services to their valued customers.

The company pride themselves on repeat business and an awful lot of their work comes from word of mouth and referrals within the industry. Therefore, a high level of customer service, and a personal service is paramount to the company and their success.

This job will work from the office from day one due to the paperwork and training needed. There is no previous office experience required for this job vacancy. A can-do attitude and excellent work ethic is a must. You must have some previous work experience in Hospitality, Retail, Warehouse, Care, anything where you have had to be at work on at a certain time and your team has relied on your contribution to deliver a service/ to get the job done.

  • Helping to covering staff holidays
  • Attendance at exhibitions on the trade stand
  • Preparing samples for customers and all related despatch requirements
  • Customer and sales /marketing support

Person

  • Enjoy providing a high level of customer service.
  • Accurate
  • Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle as this location is not possible to get to on public transport
  • Able to manage workloads and expectations
  • Eager to learn with a positive can-do attitude
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • All round office/ accounts administration experience

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
