FINANCE MANAGER

Duties include:

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• P&L reporting and forecasting
• Preparation of month end accounts
• Managing a team of 4 direct reports
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager who is responsible for 4 logistics sites across the UK including this operation
• Weekly Quicks/ Flash reports (specific to the Logistic industry to report to the customer)
• Reporting to and building a relationship with the customer
• Quarterly cashflow reports
• Budget setting and analysis
• Variance analysis
• Balance sheet reporting
• Month end reporting

Person:

• Part Qualified/ Fully Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA or equivalent, or Qualified by Experience
• Happy to manage a small team of 5 in the Accounts Department
• Good communicator
• Able to work on your own initiative
• Assertive, as you will need to speak with many non-accounts managers across the business to gather information which will be essential for this role
