Finance Business Partner -North Northamptonshire - Permanent.
This is a super exciting opportunity for an ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA (or equivalent) studier/ Newly Qualified/ Qualified by Experience Accountant in North Northamptonshire. Warner Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a local well established and growing Manufacturing company in North Northamptonshire, an easy commute from Kettering, Wellingborough and Corby.
You will be working with a driven, hardworking…. roll your sleeves up and get stuck in accounts department. You must be someone who has experience in Balance sheet reconciliations including producing P&L Reports, Balance Sheets and Cashflow reports.

The successful candidate will ideally be studying towards/ Newly Qualified in ACCA/ CIMA/ACA Qualification (or equivalent)/ Qualified by Experience. The role is working with a commercial Manufacturing business with their own Distribution function, therefore experience within Manufacturing and/ or Distribution would be highly advantageous.
Duties include:
- Management Accounts
- P&L reporting
- Cashflow reporting
- Balance sheet reports
- Analysing the Management Accounts
- Identifying variances
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Making suggestions to drive the business forward and support their large growth plans
- Setting and analysing budgets
- Communicating across the business
- Liaising with site and other management
- Producing monthly accounts
- Producing weekly reports
- Quarterly forecasts
- Annual budget process
- Build effective working relationships with site and other management and address queries within the monthly accounts
Salary £30,000 - £36,000
Person:
- A good communicator
- Experienced as an Assistant Management Accountant/ Management Accountant
- Actively studying/ Newly Qualified ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA or equivalent/ Qualified Experience
- Commercial thinker
